2 lbs ground antelope
1/2 chopped onion
4 cloves garlic
1 can organic plain tomato sauce
2 pieces of whole wheat bread
2 egg whites
2 TBS chopped parsley
1 TBS chopped sage
1 tsp chopped rosemary
2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbs garlic salt
1/2 tbs pepper
Honey to taste for top (you can even use hot honey for some heat!)
